Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the base
   Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press it evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish
   (use an 8×8-inch dish and half the recipe if desired).

3. Make the cheesecake layer
   In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
   Spread evenly over the crescent roll layer.

4. Add the top layer
   Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and gently lay it over the cream cheese mixture.

5. Butter & spice
   Brush melted butter evenly over the top.
   Sprinkle generously with cinnamon (and granulated sugar if using).

6. Bake
   Bake for 20–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden brown.

7. Finish & serve
   Optional: Drizzle lightly with honey while warm.
   Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
