2 apples (large and melting)
for the dough
300 g flour or puff pastry
1 pinch of salt
300 ml of yogurt
2 eggs

Preparation

First of all, to quickly prepare baked apple slices, place the flour in a bowl, add the salt, yogurt and egg, and mix well until a thick dough is obtained.
Then peel the apples, remove the trunk and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Drizzle them with lemon juice.
Heat the fat in a pan. Soak the apple slices in the dough and fry them in the hot fat.
Turn them over frequently; once golden brown, remove them from the pan and drain them on absorbent paper.

Finally, sprinkle with icing sugar while it’s still hot and serve.
