Ingredients Quantity
For bread Ingredient flour all use 2 cups Sugar powder 1 cup Chemical yeast 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda 1 teaspoon Salt 1⁄2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup Big eggs 2 Whole milk (or buttermilk) 1 cup of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon For the sugar and cinnamon filling in Grease and flour a bread pan 23 × 13 cm (9 × 5 in) , or line it with parchment paper for easy removal from the mold. Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients In a large blending bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until the mixture is homogeneous.

Step 3 : Mix the liquid ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 4: Mix the ingredients.

Once the bread is baked and still hot, brush the top with melted butter, then generously sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then transfer it to a rack so that it cools completely.
Slice and serve, hot or at ambient temperature
